These Hand Law updates highlight government responses to COVID-19. Since today is Earth Day, this article has a special focus. Florida is home to some of the most memorable natural treasures in the world, many of which are enjoyed through hiking. Though state parks are closed, some regional and local agencies have kept outdoor areas open or re-opened previously closed areas. Below are a few trails to explore in Northeast and North Central Florida – but only in accordance with social distancing guidelines.

THE TRAILS TO FLORIDA NATURAL TREASURES

Public health experts agree that social distancing is necessary to flatten the COVID-19 curve and reduce the medical risks of the pandemic. If you plan to visit one of the below hiking trails, please check with the relevant government to ensure the trail is open for use and comply with all social distancing rules.
